Terms of Service
Last updated: May 16, 2026
These terms govern your use of partheon.me, partheon.vip, and the Partheon waitlist signup form (together, the "Site"). The Site is operated by Seneko d.o.o., a limited liability company registered in the Republic of Slovenia. By using the Site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms.
We're in pre-launch. The full Partheon app — events, RSVPs, chat, profiles — isn't live yet. When it launches, these terms will expand to cover it. For now, they cover the Site and the waitlist only.
1. Who you are using this with
- Company: Seneko d.o.o.
- Registered seat: Liminjanska cesta 25, 6320 Portorož, Slovenia
- Registration number (matična številka): 2296365000
- VAT ID: SI40032132 (zavezanec za DDV)
- Email: [email protected]
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to join the waitlist or use the Site beyond casual browsing. By signing up, you confirm you meet that age requirement.
3. What we offer right now
The Site lets you:
- Read about Partheon and its upcoming launch.
- Optionally join the launch waitlist by submitting your email address.
Joining the waitlist means we'll email you when Partheon launches, and occasionally with related updates. You can ask to be removed at any time — see the Privacy Policy.
4. What we expect from you
When using the Site, you agree to:
- Provide a real email address that you control.
- Not submit the form on behalf of someone else without their consent.
- Not abuse the form (automated submissions, fake addresses, spam attacks, attempts to break it).
- Not attempt to bypass our security, scrape the Site, or interfere with how it works for other visitors.
- Comply with applicable Slovenian and EU law.
5. Intellectual property
The Partheon name, logo, brand mark, visual design, copy, and code on the Site are owned by Seneko d.o.o. and protected under Slovenian and EU copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, redistribute, or modify them without our written permission, except for fair use purposes (linking, news commentary, etc.).
6. The Site as-is
We provide the Site "as is" and "as available". We work hard to keep it online and accurate, but we can't promise it will always be available, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by Slovenian law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Slovenian law, Seneko d.o.o. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Site or the waitlist — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for intent or gross negligence.
8. Suspension & removal
We may block access from a given IP or remove a waitlist entry if we reasonably believe it's being used to abuse the Site, spam others, or violate these terms. You can also ask us to delete your own waitlist entry at any time — see the Privacy Policy for how.
9. External links
The Site may link to third-party websites (e.g. our social profiles, Cloudflare, Contabo). We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices.
10. Changes to these terms
We can update these terms when needed (for example when the Partheon app launches and we need to cover accounts, RSVPs, and event listings). Material changes are announced on this page, and — for anyone on the waitlist — by email. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and any dispute relating to them are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for resolving disputes is the competent court at the registered seat of Seneko d.o.o., subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules under EU and Slovenian law that grant you the right to bring proceedings before a court in your country of residence.
12. Out-of-court dispute resolution
EU residents may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Seneko d.o.o. is not currently obligated to use, and does not commit to using, any specific out-of-court dispute resolution body — but we're happy to try to resolve things by email first.
